The team is responsible for driving overall strategic initiatives, Board & regulatory reporting and coordination, and all related to risk, governance and administration and planning analysis and reporting for the General Account portfolios.

We are seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting to join our Financial Reporting & Analysis team within S&P. In this role the individual will work closely with the Chief Investment Office to meet existing reporting needs, respond to new and emerging information requirements and create the development of additional analytical tools. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills, and a creative approach to problem solving.
The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by CIO. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
What you can expect:
- Provide investment forecast analysis to Portfolio Management teams on the General Account, including risk limit capacity projections and strategic asset allocation/marginal asset allocation
- Competitor analysis related to the investment portfolio
- Support portfolio managers, Investment Risk, and other Finance areas on ad-hoc assignments and implementation of new asset types and structures
- Partner with PGIM Investment Operations and Global Technology to maintain and update reporting structures/tools
- Coordination and preparation of various Industry Conference presentations and other external presentations as needed
What you'll need:
- 5-7 years of work experience in financial analysis or reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to engage effectively with all levels of management
- Ability to collaborate and cultivate relationships across CIO and multiple business partners including Investment Risk, Global Technology, and Investment Operation teams
- Proficient in Excel and data flow analysis
- Possess organizational, analytical skills along with high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities under tight timeframes

What we offer you:
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $118,700.00 to $176,600.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
