The Incumbent follows established policies and procedures to identify and resolve problems. Responsible for routine operational or administrative work. Work is generally reviewed by a more senior employee. The Incumbent typically exhibits strong basic capabilities, yet little relevant experience. Typically up to 2 years prior commercial or residential mortgage experience. Focuses on daily execution associated with routine and defined outputs, while at the same time developing a knowledge of the broader context in which the work is being performed.
