Prudential Annuities, a division within Prudential's Individual Solutions Group, provides innovative retirement solutions to help clients meet their retirement income challenges. We are currently seeking a visionary sales professional to join our team as an Annuities Wholesaler. This role will engage in both wholesaling and point of sales activities to enhance our sales in the Bank, Wire and Edward Jones firms in the Midwest (Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, North & South Dakota).

As one of the leaders in the Annuities marketplace, this role will be focused on sales of Prudential fixed and variable annuity products. This role will report to a Divisional Sales Leader and require significant travel (estimated at approximately 80%).

What you can expect:

  • This role will engage in both wholesaling and point of sales activities to enhance our sales in the Bank, Wire and Edward Jones firms in the Midwest (Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, North & South Dakota)

What you'll need:

  • Demonstrated strong fixed and variable annuity product knowledge.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a front-line sales role.
  • Strong sales and relationship management experience required.
  • Demonstrated sales production with new and existing Financial Advisors is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial markets with experience in a financial services organization preferred.
  • Understanding of how annuity products fit within the overall retirement planning landscape preferred.
  • Analytical skills and excellent communication and presentation skills required.
  • Series 6 or 7 and 63 and state Insurance licenses are required (Resident and/or non-resident as defined by territory).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
