Swedish Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time Psychotherapist to join its behavioral health team at the Ballard Campus in Seattle, Washington. This clinic provides a step up in mental health services from traditional outpatient via Partial Hospitalization Program and upcoming Intensive Outpatient program which will the focus of this position. Both tracks focus on coping skills and psychoeducation in a group setting around the signs and symptoms of Depression and Anxiety. This is a great opportunity to be part of a new program that seeks to improve mental health services for adults in Seattle.

  • Part-time position (0.6), 3 days a week; day shift
  • Program utilizes DBT and CBT principles
  • Strong, multidisciplinary team
  • Compensation is between $73,028 and $96,574 per year
  • Compensation has bonus earning potential up to an additional $6,000 annually
  • The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
  • Annual CME allowance including education days
