Integrated Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist - Centralia
This position is for an experienced pelvic-health physical therapist working in an integrated care model in a busy Women's Health clinic, alongside Ob-Gyn physicians and nurse practitioners. The primary role is in direct patient care for female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction including complex and pre- and post-surgical patients. The position requires a high degree of clinical competence and involves a large degree of communication and care coordination between the Physical Therapist, OB-Gyn providers and Uro-Gyn specialty providers.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred qualifications:
- A minimum of one full-time internship in an orthopedic physical therapy clinic.
