Summer 2025 Credit Recovery Site Supervisor Pathway
Propel's Credit Recovery for the 2024-2025 school year will take place during Summer 2025 at Propel Braddock Hills and Propel Montour High Schools for scholars who have already taken a course during the regular school year and need to recover the credit to remain on track to graduate. Propel's Credit Recovery Site Supervisor (BHHS and MHS)) is responsible for monitoring and reporting each scholar's progress, scheduling scholars to attend in person on assigned/required days, learning the Waterfront Learning platform and overall supervision of the scholars on site. Regular progress monitoring is required, as are check-in meetings with the Credit Recovery Coordinator to whom the position reports. A report on the success of the program is due upon the program's completion.

The Credit Recovery Site Supervisor is responsible for the operational support and communication with the scholars and their families during the completion of their Credit Recovery Course(s).
Credit Recovery Dates:
- Registration: June 20-24, 2025
- Session 1: June 24-July 22, 2025
- Session 2: July 23-August 20, 2025
- Credit Recovery Program Summary due August 22, 2025 to the Director/Assistant Director of Pupil Services and Credit Recovery Coordinator
Job Duties:
- Support students in engaging in and completing their Credit Recovery Course(s) utilizing the Waterfront Learning platform.
- Identifies and resolves the causes of minor system failures or malfunctions, coordinates efforts to restore the system, and/or obtains the services of technical and support staff.
- Keep attendance of each scholar enrolled in Credit Recovery
- Address parent, teacher, or Scholar concerns within 24 hours
- Reviews each Scholars' grades weekly and provide information to Director of Pupil Services, Coordinator, Family and Scholar
- Other responsibilities as assigned in service of Propel's Credit Recovery Program.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Teacher certification and/or school counselor certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines for turning in Scholar grades, communication logs, and pay sheet
- Excellent organizational skills

Compensation:
Site Supervisor will receive $30.00/hour
Eligibility: 220 day or calendar year employee
