As a Talent Outreach Advisor within PNC's Recruiting Solutions and Outreach organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Atlanta, GA; Downers Grove, IL ; East Brunswick, NJ; OR Raleigh, NC.
Job Description
- Advises business leaders and recruiting partners on developing strategies/solutions to fulfilling objectives to access, attract, and hire from new or underrepresented talent segments. This may include executing all activities of the recruiting cycle (sourcing, interviewing, making offers, etc.) as assigned.
- Reviews and interprets talent trends and labor market data to advise others on building talent pipeline strategies. Support business leaders, and recruiting partners in fulfilling objectives to attract, hire and retain underrepresented talent at all levels. This may include all activities of the recruiting cycle (sourcing, interviewing, making offers, etc.) as assigned.
- Identifies, develops and manages the relationships with internal and external partners/organizations that expand PNC's outreach into new, existing and underrepresented talent pools. Presents at external events to advance workforce development initiatives, PNC's employment brand and employer value proposition, or candidate attraction.
- Plans, designs and executes Talent outreach events and programs. Serves as primary liaison for prospective candidates in partnership with recruiting and sourcing teams. Uses various technologies to manage talent pipelines.
- Produces metrics and analytics to demonstrate effectiveness of programs, partnerships, and outreach initiatives.
- Maintains a current knowledge of enterprise-wide talent, industry trends, and business acumen, in order to align prospective candidates to future talent needs.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $60,500.00 - $107,800.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
