As a Senior Learning & Development Manager within PNC's PNC University organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Downers Grove, IL; Birmingham, AL; or Dallas, TX. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint. This role will support the Retail Lines of Business.

This role is an opportunity to drive real impact through creative innovation, modern learning solutions, and cutting-edge strategies that enhance the skills and confidence of our retail banking teams.

You will be a key member of our Learning and Talent Development leadership team, working closely with partners across talent product enablement, employee relations, leadership development, talent consulting, career advising, HR business partners, and learning & development to drive business impact.

As a leader within the Retail learning and development team you will:

• Lead the charge: develop and execute an engaging, high impact training strategy for retail banking employees that aligns with our business goals.

• Innovate and elevate: leverage digital learning, gamification, microlearning, and other modern techniques to enhance learning experiences.

• Empower our teams: ensure retail employees have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to deliver exceptional client service and meet business objectives.

• Collaborate and influence: partner with leadership, product teams, and stakeholders to identify training needs and create solutions that drive performance.

• Measure and optimize: use data-driven insights to continuously improve training effectiveness and employee engagement.

Job Description
  • Manages all activities in support of training, education and staff development within the organization.
  • Assessing staff learning requirements and developing learning programs to meet career development needs.
  • Leading the planning and delivery of learning programs for technical and employee relations issues.
  • Working with the training team to establish best practices for the delivery of learning programs.
  • Directing the analysis and implementation of learning plans and strategies for the organization in order to maintain and improve effectiveness.

Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $88,000.00 - $151,800.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
