As a Security Director within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA 15222. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion.

As a Security Director for the Enterprise Identity and Access Management team, this leader will have responsibility for the customer and workforce authentication strategy, execution and operations. This role will lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies and solutions to enhance the security and efficacy of our organizations' identity and access management processes. The role will also continue to evolve the program and have a continued focus on vision and strategy for the future. The role requires interaction with our CIOs, Business Product Owners, Architecture teams and lines of defense to ensure capabilities are selected and fully meeting our collective needs.

This individual will need to collaborate with various teams and lead all aspects of the program including:

Workforce
• Identity Governance and Administration
• Role-based Access Analysis

• Cloud Identity

• Directories such as Active Directory and Entra and Federation
• Physical security access and evolution
• Access certifications
• Identity hunting

Customer
• Identity Proofing across various lines of business
• Seamless solutions for an identity risk score
• Customer Authentication standards and practices for an omnichannel experience
• Continual assessment of solutions for efficacy
• Adherence to the policy and supporting the business for compliance
• Current status of market solutions and any adjustments required
• Working with industry organizations such as FIDO and the Better Identity Coalition

Job Description
  • Leads the enterprise-wide investigative team in matters of alleged violations of laws and or regulations concerning criminal matters, associated with fraud, computer crimes, intellectual property and other security issues.
  • Directs and creates enterprise vision, strategy, policy and process for investigations of suspected criminal activities.
  • Leads the collaboration with internal and external partners that may include local, state or federal law enforcement agencies in order to achieve maximum results.
  • Balances customer experience with the need to investigate suspected financial crimes across the enterprise by acting as a senior business partner liaison for fraud vision and strategy. .
  • Oversees the development of analytical tools to manage common points of compromise testing, valuation and usage identification. Directs the definition of business requirements for new fraud prevention tools and data sources

Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree and higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications. Industry -relevant experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. Proven leadership experience with a large scope of responsibility is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
