Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion.

In this role you will be part of the CIAM product and Strategy Team, which within PNC's Enterprise Technology & Security organization and is part of the PNC Enterprise Identity function.
The CIAM team is focused on creating enterprise Authentication and Identity Management capabilities that provide best in class authentication journeys for customers of PNC and the PNC workforce. The team is responsible for providing innovative products and capabilities in the areas of strong authentication, identity proofing, identity risk and decision management, single sign on, and federation to name a few. The team interacts and partners with line of business stakeholders, security partners and other functions to plan and coordinate capabilities and roadmaps.
The Role
In this role as Product Owner II - CIAM you will be the product lead for the strong authentication crew and product area which is focused on maintaining the overall product(s) and addressing customer/workforce issues, general improvements, upgrades, platform vulnerabilities, software maintenance patching. You will play a critical role in delivering and maintaining a foundational roadmap to ensure the companies core authentication platform is resilient and available.

Job Description
- Owns the vision and the definition of the product. Serves as the voice of the customer. Provides guidance to concentrate the Scrum Team(s) effort on correct priorities based on business value.
- Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to meet business objectives.
- Accountable for the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog. Prioritizes and leads grooming of the product backlog.
- Works in partnership with the Scrum Master(s) to ensure items are worked on in accordance with the product backlog. Serves as the primary point of contact for questions from the team(s).
- Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Teams(s). Reviews and validates Scrum Team(s) working product. Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to various stakeholders.
