We are growing our Corporate Brand Marketing team to further support our newly launched Brilliantly Boring brand platform, ensuring our brand message is delivered consistently and with the highest level of quality.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Marketing professional to join our growing team. Working alongside Brand Marketing leadership, this curious, growth-minded thinker will help shape our brand vision, playing a key-role as we execute against our ambitious national growth agenda. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion.

Specific Job Functions to Include:
• Act as the lead brand consult for creative execution across lines of business, channels, and departments, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and upholding creative quality.
• Support/administer ongoing brand education opportunities, identifying gaps in messaging and guideline adoption, application, and adherence.
• Brand change management oversight, helping deliver brand-related communications systematically throughout internal teams and touchpoints.
• Help identify and foster brand and creative strategy learning opportunities. Arming partners with a deeper understanding of brand delivery that can be scaled across product & experience offerings.
• Ensure a customer first lens is applied to all creative executions, rooted in insights, and tied to specific marketing strategy.
• Act as the arbiter of our enterprise promotional item strategy, ensuring our brand shows up with appropriate contextual relevance.
• Stay informed on and closely connected to all brand measurement strategies.
• Stay up to date on customer needs and market dynamics to help identify resonant, timely brand messaging opportunities.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
• 8-10+ years consumer marketing experience with direct experience in shaping creative marketing campaigns.
• Strong creative development and production experience; experience leading relationships with internal and external agency partners.
• Advertising agency experience preferred.
Job Description
- Leads the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel strategic marketing plans for one or more products/initiatives/channels. Formulates plans that acquire, grow, and retain customers in support of the product life cycle and line of business goals and objectives.
- Supports the team in development and prioritization of business and marketing objectives, development of value propositions and target segments leveraging competitive intelligence and insights to drive growth strategies. Contributes to thought leadership and builds consensus among partners. Adapts to and optimizes for a changing business environment.
- Translates desired business outcomes into marketing strategy and executes complex, integrated marketing programs/initiatives that may include advertising, sales content and internal communications.
- Serves the team as a leader and influences complex multi-functional program teams. Ensures data collected is synthesized and leveraged effectively to provide appropriate business intelligence.
- Influences the budget while ensuring all operating activities are optimized and delivered within the established budget framework.
- Implements and oversees activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners. Leads partnership with agencies, third parties and internal business partners to coordinate development and execution of programs/initiatives.
- Acts as a point of contact with product and digital teams to coordinate strategy and development. Makes decisions to ensure the business programs/initiatives and customer expectations are being met.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $88,000.00 - $145,200.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
