As an IT Change Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust change management framework to ensure all changes to processes, systems, and applications are tracked, managed, and compliant with audit and regulatory standards. This role will collaborate across departments, including IT, operations, and compliance teams, to drive process improvements, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless adoption of changes. Specific job duties may include the following:

• Create and implement a scalable and auditable change management framework for the organization
• Ensure processes align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to provide documentation, evidence, and reports as needed
• Identify gaps in current processes and recommend corrective actions to ensure compliance
• Partner with IT, operations, and compliance teams to ensure all system and process changes are documented, communicated, and approved appropriately
• Act as a liaison between teams to manage change requests, prioritize efforts, and ensure minimal business disruption
• Coordinate and conduct Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to review and approve significant changes
• Authorize and approve minor changes independently
• Provide training and support to teams to ensure understanding and adoption of the change management process
• Communicate process updates and ensure transparency with stakeholders
• Identify potential risks associated with changes and develop mitigation strategies
• Plan and schedule change implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to IT services
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful change deployment
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management activities
• Review and refine the change management process regularly to adapt to evolving business needs and regulatory changes
• Leverage metrics and feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all change requests, approvals, and implementations
• Communicate change plans and statuses to relevant stakeholders
• Provide training and support to staff on change management processes and tools

Due to the nature of the position, we are seeking individuals with the following qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Familiarity with audit and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, PCI DSS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using change management tools and project management software
• Prosci Change Management Certification, ITIL Certification, or similar credentials

Job Description
  • Manages model to efficiently and effectively manage change and create consistency in the intake, management and execution of the delivery of the change. Continuously improves, and has primary ownership of, the processes, platforms and people involved in the delivery and governance of change management. Directs the staff, strategies and activities to support organizational change.
  • Directs development and continual improvement of organizational change consulting services. Motivates, manages and develops consulting staff. Supports the company's culture and values.
  • Defines and oversees the infrastructure/resources for organizational change teams. Defines, monitors and uses metrics to assess performance and continuously improve.
  • Manages organizational change client relationships. Monitors progress of major projects to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develops and monitors the department's internal business plans and resource models to maximum efficiency and ensures alignment with business priorities.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $65,000.00 - $153,400.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
