As an Investment Performance Manager Sr. within PNC's Performance Measurement organization, you will be based in Philadelphia, PA.

In this role, the Investment Performance Manager Sr. will support in developing and leading the client investment performance reporting function. You will work closely with senior management to identify, understand and translate their strategic directions into a tactical plan and executes against the plan. You will also coach and mentor investment performance analysts in identifying, managing and monitoring operational and technical risks that impact the work performed by the investment performance team.

Additionally, you will work closely with senior management and provide day-to-day management of performance vendor solutions used in delivery of investment performance return calculations.

You will also provide leadership and guidance to investment performance team on projects, quality improvement initiatives, training efforts and AMG business line strategic initiatives.

The Investment Performance Manager Sr. oversees a team of analysts that assist the field (investment advisors) via tickets when questions arise with an account and come up with a resolution. You will work as the team lead on different group related projects including onboarding and decommissioning of software related to the Performance Team, as well as working with other teams and groups to solve issues.

You will also interface with internal teams/stakeholders and external vendors to maintain deliverables as well as deliver client reporting enhancements, and will be tasked with developing the team and providing specific, analytic guidance when interpreting complex system calculations.

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

- Previous management experience leading a team.
- A thorough understanding of performance reporting standards & data reconciliation.
- Working knowledge & experience with investments and securities.
- Experience working with large data sets.
- Prefer trust performance experience or someone that has knowledge of it.
- In depth knowledge of investments & securities.
- Knowledge of portfolio accounting and daily upkeep of accounts.
- Knowledge of performance measurement concepts.
