As a Talent Coordinator within PNC's Human Resources organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Manage the administrative or clerical activities and coordinates duties and activities.
• Provide administrative support by performing functions using supplied office equipment and/or software; responding to routine correspondence; preparing letters and memoranda for the manager's review; scheduling appointments; coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.

• Maintain vendor relations; act as primary liaison between the office building management and the team.
• Coordinate supply ordering; collect and maintain vacation/time-off schedules for office personnel.
• Plan office functions.
• Collect, compile, and analyze data and information for reports and presentations.
• Create, maintain, or manipulate simple to complex reports as needed for HR Executives.
The ideal candidate will:
•Demonstrate strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•Have a high-level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
Job Description
- Supports initiatives, programs and strategies through coordination and execution of administrative and logistic deliverables
- Administrative oversight of logistic details of project or task
- Supports HR and LOB stakeholders to update administrative tasks of a project or initiative
- Helps with administrative elements of reporting and metrics
- Supports coordination of communication projects through specific virtual or non-virtual sources
