This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion.

Specific Job Requirements to Include:
• Product Management mindset, with ability to:
o Build customer-needs backed capabilities roadmaps based on business priorities, and constraints
o Create prioritization framework to ensure highest leverage work is completed, with eye for efficiencies
o Communicate progress and risks to key stakeholders and gain alignment on vision and tactical strategies
• Marketing ownership of full customer lifecycle Onboarding program, across Card products
• Development and implementation of strategic and integrated, multi-channel marketing agendas, based on business objectives, customer insights, competitive landscape assessments, in-market performance, with an expectation of ongoing optimization to maximize business impact.
• Effective storytelling; ability to influence others to align with proposed our growth strategy, economic optimization, and acquisition levers through written and verbal communication'

Job Description
• Team leadership role to enable data-based rigor and strategic direction; serving as a mentor to other team members.
• Card Marketing liaison to decision engine platform team to represent Card LOB holistically in capability build and intent prioritization, and translating marketing and business objectives into actionable user stories
• Develop and implement integrated and data-based Card product-specific agenda for Onboarding customers (first 90 days post-booking), aligned to business goals
o Develop strategic testing roadmap to constantly learn while also optimizing response across products, channels, and creative campaigns.
o Oversee customer research to ensure solutions are designed with customer needs in mind
• Partner with Marketing Analytics team to:
o Stand up advanced performance analytics to enable informed decision making and define KPIs.
o Design, implement, and monitor in-market tests, and apply insights in ongoing way to drive increased engagement and NPV, anchoring to efficiency metrics

Job Description
  • Leads the analytics processes across multiple functions or business units leveraging an array of complex analytical tools to create data driven solutions. Serves as mentor to more junior employees.
  • Consults with clients and mentors consultants on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
  • Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
  • Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solution for operations and executive management to enable data driven decision making.
  • Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $84,500.00 - $182,000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
