As a Business Experience Plan & Admin Advisor, within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities may require time in the office or in the field. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion.
As a Business Experience Plan & Admin Advisor within the ACFR Business Office, you will work on Tech Non-Discretionary initiatives. This will require you to work closely with Application System Managers and Application Owners to complete tasks and projects associated with this program. You will also be responsible for building and sustaining an effective operating model and governance structure to execute the Risk program and drive operational resiliency forward. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT governance, risk management, and process optimization, with a strong ability to collaborate across departments.

Job Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with application system managers and application owners to prioritize and complete technology non-discretionary priorities.
•Develop standardized processes and approval workflows for managing non-technical system changes.
•Ensure documentation, risk assessments, and impact analyses are conducted and evidence maintained.
•Provide support for privileged accounts through CyberArk, ensuring adherence to security best practices and regulatory requirements.
•Provide suppose and coordinate with application system managers to address vulnerabilities and ensure security compliance for all ACFR applications.
•Engage with first-line risk partners to assess risk and controls within applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
•Provide guidance and support to internal teams on access management processes and procedures.
•Communicate status updates and key findings to senior leadership, highlighting areas of concern and proposed solutions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
•Building and sustaining an effective operating model and governance structure that engages key stakeholders to execute the program and drive the operational resiliency strategy forward.

Job Description
- Collaborates cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods. Executes key business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and/or internal partners.
- Responsible for executing and implementing business planning processes. Helps to designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations.
- Understands business direction and needs and develops solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts. Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals.
- Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
- Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.
