What you'll do:

• Evangelize the value which our products deliver to our customers by applying our Value Selling approach in partnership with our customers
• Be the expert at positioning and demoing the Pluralsight's products and services and act as a SME for the assigned sales team for all related questions
• Conduct customer facing technical sales calls
• Develop and deliver targeted & specific product demonstrations to executives & decision makers

Experience you'll bring:

• Ability to translate complex topics into simplified concepts
• Understanding of general sales methodology and sales processes
• Experience in customer facing interactions as it relates to discovery, demonstration, support, and negotiation

Requirements:

• Requires a minimum of 2 years of related or equivalent experience; a Bachelor's degree, or an advanced degree without experience.
• Sales engineering experience, ideally with a Software as a Service
• Ability to influence senior-level customer decision makers
• Understanding of SaaS selling structures, measurements, and critical success factors

Travel Requirements:

While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual base salary + variable for this role is $112,300 - $138,700 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary and variable, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
