Job Description:
An SMB Account Executive Team is responsible for prospect inquiries and also assisting customers through a digital transaction. They also work closely with and provide direction to the extended account team (solution engineers, business development reps and customer success managers), to identify the best 'plan of attack', increase efficiencies, and develop winning tactics and strategies for your accounts.

What you'll do:
- Work with the Digital Sales leader to help enhance internal digital sales processes.
- Guide new and existing customers through the digital sales motion (web chat, email, etc) by answering questions and helping them understand Pluralsight's value proposition.
- Work with Account Executives to ensure accounts are transitioned to the correct segments.
- Build relationships with customers, identify and care for customer needs, maintain accuracy in Salesforce, develop processes for meaningful customer experience, and identify companies who visit the website.
- Own each moving piece of the digital sales motion; identifying bottlenecks and making recommendations on improvements to drive process improvements, bookings and revenue.
- Ownership of the full sales cycle from lead creation to closed won
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting of revenue
- CRM data accuracy and input throughout the sales cycle
- Working closely with the extended partnership team
- Be accountable for consistently generating pipeline revenue
- A standout teammate that goes above and beyond
Experience you'll bring:
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Experience managing a pipeline and closing contracts
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills both with customers
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred

Travel Requirements
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual base salary + variable for this role is $81,000 - $90,000 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary and variable, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
