We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Intern to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in the launch of three exciting new newsletters. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of tech journalism and contribute to newsletters reaching a wide audience of tech professionals. The research Intern will support our newsletter writers by conducting thorough research, identifying key trends, and contributing to the overall editorial process.

What you'll do:
- Conduct in-depth research on current events, emerging trends, and relevant topics within the AI, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Computing fields.
- Identify and curate relevant articles, reports, blog posts, and other sources of information for inclusion in the newsletters.
- Summarize and synthesize complex information into concise and easy-to-understand formats.
- Assist newsletter writers in developing compelling and informative content.
- From time to time, write short articles or sections of the newsletters.
- Participate in editorial meetings, contributing ideas and insights.
- Maintain organized research databases and ensure accuracy of information.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in the respective technology areas.
Experience you'll bring:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields.
- Strong interest and understanding of AI, Cybersecurity, and/or Cloud Computing.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly and accurately gather information from various sources.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using online research tools and databases.
Bonus Points:
- Previous experience in research, writing, or journalism.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
- Active participation in online tech communities or forums.
- Experience with writing newsletters.

The rate for this role is $22.00 USD per hour. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
