What you'll do:
- Develop programs and resources that empower teams and individuals to meaningfully engage at work with the causes they care about through volunteering and charitable giving.
- Partner with leaders across the company to plan and execute volunteer opportunities with their teams. Build with a high degree of operational excellence, ensuring that this work is impactful, scalable, and measurable.
- Deliver targeted support to our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and partner with our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) team to drive impact and engagement.
- Weave connections between our philanthropic partners and our employees, and make social impact a demonstrable pillar of our employer brand.
- Help employees tell their impact stories and partner with our Internal Communications team to drive engagement and pride across the company.

- Knowledge of best practices in employee engagement, volunteerism, corporate social responsibility, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams and senior executives.
- A passion for social impact, community service, and creating a positive company culture.
Requirements:
- Requires a minimum of 2 years of related or equivalent experience; a Bachelor's degree, or an advanced degree without experience.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders effectively.
Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $66,300 - $77,600 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
