Reporting to the Director of Marketing Workflow Management the Email & Media Workflow Manager is passionate about process and project management by delivering planning, governance and execution support while maintaining campaign & GTM timelines for the Paid Media & Email teams. What you'll do:

  • Structure and scope Marketing projects & tasks including, but not limited to, Paid & Organic media, SEO and Email.
  • Analysis of business needs and objectives and mapping to impactful project plans and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as creative, demand teams, and development, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Clear communication with project owners & project teams regarding project status, changes in scope, blockers, and risks to timelines including monitoring & reporting progress on mitigation plans.
  • Continued optimization and refinement of the Paid & Organic media, SEO and Email processes with teams.
  • Contribute to & on occasion lead weekly status meetings with Marketing leaders & channel owners to ensure that projects are on target.

Experience you'll bring:

  • Has experience with project management tools (Asana, Smartsheets, Jira, Google sheets, etc.).
  • Knowledgeable of marketing practices and Paid & Organic media, SEO, Email project, and Creative development workflows.
  • Detailed and trustworthy. People come to you because they know you have the answers, or will work to get them.
  • A demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to complete complicated projects.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Flexible and accommodating in an environment with rapid change. You know how to prioritize and keep your eye on the big picture.

  • An outstanding communicator and effective influencer. You are outgoing, compassionate, and people trust you. You are able to empathize with people while keeping them on target.
  • Comfortable with using data throughout aspects of the role.
  • Experience with marketing applications such as Salesforce (preferred) and marketing automation (Marketo preferred).

Requirements:

  • 4+ years previous account management or project management experience preferably from a Paid Media or Email marketing department.
  • A Bachelor's degree, or an advanced degree without experience.

Travel Requirements:

While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. The annual US base salary range for this role is $68,700- $84,800 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
