The B2B Media Manager is responsible for developing and driving comprehensive media strategies for the B2B segment to drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition and revenue growth globally. This person will report up to our VP of Global Media.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement global media strategies that align with the company's B2B business goals and target markets. Increase brand visibility, create brand trust, engage key audiences and drive pipeline, acquisition, retention and conversion in a scalable and cost-effective manner.
  • Campaign Development and Management: Oversee the creation, planning, and execution of media campaigns across B2B segments. Collaborate with core marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective messaging.
  • Account Based Marketing (ABM): Run the development and execution of ABM strategies to target high-value accounts. Identify KPIs that measure impact of ABM campaigns.
  • Lead Generation and Optimization: Drive lead generation efforts through strategic media planning and execution. Optimize marketing automation tools and KPIs to analyze and measure campaign success.
  • Customer and Audience Focus: Deep dive into B2B customer insights, segmentation and profiling to improve both media efficiency and quality of traffic / leads to meet sales and marketing objectives.
  • Media Analytics and Performance Optimization: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of media initiatives by segment and region. Use data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement. Provide regular insights and reports to senior management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including demand generation, product development, digital marketing, revenue marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and integration of media efforts with overall company objectives.

Experience you'll bring:

  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo and Demand-base.
  • Experience leading mix model and multi-touch attribution methodologies to measure and achieve goals throughout the conversion funnel.

Requirements:

  • Requires a minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience.
  • May require having been a people leader, if first people leadership role, incumbents have typically spent several years in one or more roles and are viewed as proficient in the functional area.
  • Experience with successful ABM and Lead Generation.
  • Previous success in handling media campaigns across multiple markets with deep understanding of channel practices.
  • Experience in setting, forecasting, and meeting program goals, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of media landscape and trends, including digital, social, programmatic, and traditional media.
  • Skilled knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of demand generation programs and inbound marketing.

Travel Requirements

While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.
