As the Product Manager for Ads Measurement, you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for extending and building new 1P measurement products to tell the narrative of the advertising value Pinterest is providing to advertisers.
What you'll do:
- Work with user research, data scientists and the sales team to develop a deep customer understanding.
- Lead a cross functional team to define the product strategy and roadmap for ads measurement, focusing on first party methods.
- Develop clear product requirements and work with engineering, design, data analytics, product marketing, research teams and other product teams to deliver customer impact.
- Communicate your strategy upward and outward internally to ensure you have the support and comprehension you need to be successful.
- Make difficult trade-off decisions to ensure the team is working on the most impactful areas.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years product management or related experience with some previous experience in the digital ads space.
- Ads measurement experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive alignment among multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and workflows.
- Great business judgment, ability to influence others with strong analytical thinking.
- Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
