Role: Senior Sales Recruiter
Location: Old Trafford, Manchester
Hours: Flexible
Salary: £25K-£30K base with an OTE of £50k
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team - playing a vital role in raising the quality of our hiring. Working across all departments you'll work as part of the Recruitment Team, hiring top talent. This means, we need a well networked, proactive and team playing individual with demonstrable recruitment experience - who would love to be part of a highly successful team.

What you'll be doing:
• Managing end to end recruitment process: manager briefings, shortlisting candidates, offer management.
• Building a network of stand out candidates, to create a talent pool and establish PHMG as an employer of choice.
• Maintaining the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate MI data is available for reporting.
• Working as part of a team to create a world class hiring and candidate experience for PHMG.
• Leading various ad-hoc recruitment related projects to enhance the performance of our team.
What you'll need:
• Proven recruitment experience from either an agency or in-house background.
• Proven success in direct hiring methods and talent pipeline building.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills. building strong relationships across the business.
• Strong team player, good humoured with a collaborative approach - happy to 'get stuck in' as needed.
• Experience of working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) would be an advantage.
