Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Participate in continuous improvement projects at the department level, while representing Operations in multi-disciplinary teams.
You are responsible for
- Working with cross-functional teams to plan and/or execute repackaging efforts, modifying labels and amending quality notifications.
- Utilizing Philips information management systems to control material movements in the warehouse.
- Reworking finished devices to meet the DMR and investigating/resolving product quality issues within Philips Quality System framework (Quality Notifications).
- Participating and driving continuous improvement projects throughout multi-disciplinary teams and specifying requirements from Operations leadership.
- Supporting and applying new technologies in our regional distribution center.
- Employing practices and procedures which promote a healthy, safe and secure work environment.
- Executing the processes and standards with embedded quality, into the way of working including adherence to compliance with safety, Cost regulatory- and environmental requirements, as well as local laws, Philips General Business principles and other policies.
- Supporting the Device Master Records (DMR).

- High School diploma or GED (required), Associates degree (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience within warehousing or distribution (experience working in a regulated environment a plus)
- Desire to support financial goals of the business.
- Strong computer skills (experience in eDMR/eCCR/SAP a plus)
- Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills, experience with multisite support
- Desire and ability to work in a dynamic Medical Device Warehouse environment.
- Proven and demonstrated problem solving skills are required.

- You have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
