Strategic Planning and Innovation
- Lead overall channel innovation strategy and innovative initiatives to maximize business growth
- Develop the department's annual strategic plan to align with the company's overall objectives.
- Manage the onboarding process for new distributors and oversee annual audits.
- Monitor the execution of departmental strategies, conduct regular evaluations, propose improvement plans, and summarize replicable success models.
Channel Operation Management
- Based on the company's development goals and business needs, lead the initiation of projects under business strategies, including drafting SOPs, calculating discounts, managing agreements, and tracking project progress.
- Conduct regular evaluations of project implementation and present actionable reports to management.
- Continuously optimize departmental processes to improve efficiency and ensure robust support for the sales team.

Channel Information Analytics
- Provide provincial product sales analysis reports to support the access strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department, BG business teams, global supply chain, and other support departments to ensure strategic alignment and efficient execution.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Represent the department in communications with BG and other support departments, sharing key information to facilitate team coordination.
- Proactively relay communication outcomes internally to ensure team alignment and effective execution.
Team Management
- Oversee overall team operations, working with HR, Finance, and other functional departments to formulate and implement policies for recruitment, training, KPI assessment, budgeting, and headcount planning
BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree required, Master degree or above is preferred;
- Minimum of 10+ years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated track record of producing outstanding results as a leader of teams and/or organizations with significant scale.

- Established contacts and relationships with related stakeholders;
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.
