As a Senior Associate, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables. How You Will Achieve It

  • Responsible for tracking and expediting all batches in WIP (work in process) through to final disposition.
  • Ensure work orders are closed in a timely manner to meet sales requirements for Pfizer and PC1.
  • Provide communication to Sr. Commercial Leadership on expected releases for updates to customers.
  • Prioritize work orders and PRs to expedite release of product to finished goods.
  • Reduce cycle time by measuring cycle times and pending status.
  • Improve data structure and visibility to error type to better identify the root causes for the errors.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Applicant must have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 2+ years of experience; OR a master's degree with 0+ years of experience; OR an associate's degree with 6 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in purchasing, manufacturing, manufacturing planning or production control.
  • Requires experience (MRP) tools, or experience in manufacturing line scheduling.
  • Solid understanding of batch flow and quality processes for disposition.
  • Strong computer skills are required, to include the various Microsoft office software (Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word) and Microsoft Outlook.

Nice-to-Have

  • APICS Certification
  • Experience within an FDA regulated environment preferred.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated strong verbal/written communication and leadership skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Ability to perform complex mathematical and analytical calculations.
  • Effectively conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems with minimal guidance in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • First shift schedule: 9am - 5pm / 8am - 4pm, mostly during weekdays.
  • Ability to support job functions on an as-needed basis after regular hours and on weekends.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,300.00 to $133,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
