Job Summary:
The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for developing content product management strategies, establishing next generation medical content/product solution, and cooperating with internal and external partners to maximize the production of the content and increase the efficiency use of all content, and also re-innovate the way of medical content product management across the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop content product management strategies, design content product and establish content integration system to consolidate all content in the centralized platform
- Establish China content asset management system and content warehouse to centralize content storage
- Explore industry medical content management unmet needs, and design industry-facing next generation medical content solution
- Provide strategy and solution to optimize content labeling method to improve the content search feature to increase the efficiency use of the content and enhance user experience
- Provide innovative solutions to increase the internal and external production of content
- In collaboration with internal digital related supporting functions and development teams to ensure the timely delivery of content products and platform.
- Introduce latest best content production and management practice in market and identify new opportunities to optimize innovative solutions.
- Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations to guide high level decisions affecting digital product development, innovative business model and current business digital practice.
- Ensure all corporate standards of excellence and compliance are upheld while performing all Company business and demonstrate high ethical and professional standards, always, to maintain the excellent reputation of Pfizer Biopharma within the marketplace

Education and Experience:
- At least 6-10 years of digital product design and content management experience
- 5 years+ Internet industry and technical development experience is preferred
- Demonstrated strength in product requirements analysis
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry digital experience is preferred
- Sharp business acumen and demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timeframes in complex organizational structure
- Able to interact, partner and provide thought leadership for key stakeholders with comfort and ease
- Experience working with agencies/vendors
- Strong ability to anticipate roadblocks well before they occur and take action to ensure they don't arise
- Acts decisively in complex and fast-moving environment
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's Degree preferred
Technical Skills Requirements:
- Excellent sense of teamwork/collaboration
- Strong analytical and strategic skills
- Excellent oral and written communications capabilities and presentation skills
- Excellent English and Mandarin Chinese skills
- Experience with business process creation or re-engineering and change management
- Strong interpersonal and influencing capabilities, and communication skills
- Fluent with technology solutions to manage projects including appropriate Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
