How You Will Achieve It
- Apply Information Technology capabilities and expertise including information management competencies, analytic, query, aggregation and data science tools to solve data analysis and business problems identified by scientists, researchers, clinicians or other biomedical business professionals.
- Lead data solution projects to ensure China commercial data solution delivery to enable analytics teams and report solutions, including big data, Data Lake, Distributor management system, Advanced Analytic platforms within agreed budget, quality and schedule goals to meet business /digital objectives
- Monitor, analyze and communicate data quality, identify gaps, and make recommendations to improve data quality
- Engage with business partners on tactical execution; serve as a key point of contact to functional partners, providing appropriate guidance on topics relating to data and processes
- Experience managing data related to direct vendors, indirect vendors, affiliates, and/or third parties
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and compliance requirements (e.g., GXP, SOX)
- hands-on skill and experience in following technology: AWS Cloud, Data Warehouse , Data Lake ETL & Python

Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline and 15+ years of related pharmaceutical or healthcare experience required;
- Demonstrated experience in working in a global matrix organization
- Proven ability to build coalitions and develop strong partnerships across functions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong program management skills
- Must have proven ability to manage communication as a vehicle to ensure alignment of strategies and day-to-day operations to team members and business unit partners in support of China commercial digital products, services and experiences.
- Deep understanding Data relative technology and delivery methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice-to-Have
- Master's degree
- Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
- Life sciences and Enterprise Resource Planning experience
