ROLE SUMMARY

The People Insights Team is responsible for all aspects of Pfizer's people analytics and insights program to drive the best experience for Pfizer's colleagues. The Sr. Associate, Data Analyst, People Insights plays a critical role in delivering exceptional services, capabilities, data and insights that enable a great colleague experience.

We are seeking a colleague with strong quantitative and people analytics expertise, deep knowledge of the HR function and HR technology, a passion for telling stories with insights gleaned from data, and the ability to communicate results clearly to non-technical colleagues.

This role presents an opportunity to impact and assist a range of global initiatives, including Insights, Performance Management, and Listening. This role offers the benefit of linking various People Experience initiatives through data-driven insights to create a cohesive delivery strategy.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitates root cause analysis to translate people insights data into meaningful insights and areas of improvement
  • Analyze and interpret quantitative/qualitative data and understand the 'why' behind the data, concisely identifying the critical insights that tell a story and devising actionable strategies
  • Serve as an internal insights consultant who partners across the organization to understand business needs and influence business decisions
  • Leverage a full range of insight generating tools to foster a deeper understanding of consumers to ensure business decisions are grounded in relevant insights
  • Share insights across the organization to enhance awareness of key metrics and their effects on the colleague experience.
  • Create dashboards to deliver consistent insights on key organizational trends, and routinely present these findings to senior leadership to connect them with business goals.
  • Partner with clients to create insights connected to business strategy and goals
  • Partner with Digital teams, including Data Scientists to deliver actionable insights across all level of the organizations
  • Advance the data literacy strategy for People Insights by educating stakeholders and informing them about current insights capabilities to enhance adoption.
  • Engage in Performance Management cycles by contributing to the development, testing, and implementation of enhancements and modifications.
  • Provide support for the performance management program by addressing colleague queries and on-going communication with People Experience partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or relevant experience.
  • At least 3 year of relevant people analytics, HR/management consulting, or related analytics experience with focus on working with multiple data sources and generating insights.
  • Familiarity with HR/people data and data management.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Visier, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  • Experience in client facing role, consulting and delivering insights to stakeholders.
  • Effective interaction with business leaders at all levels and creating internal partnerships.
  • An inquisitive mind, strong analytical skills, and experience in delivering and transforming organizational processes.
