The Senior Manager, Pfizer Brand Campaigns (PfizerForAll) is a key member of the Brand Strategy and Campaigns team at Pfizer. This role is responsible for leading the development, execution, and optimization of corporate campaigns and brand acts that support major Pfizer Brand initiatives.

A primary focus of this position is to help develop campaigns for PfizerForAll, a new platform aimed at improving healthcare accessibility and helping individuals find care and access Pfizer services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a solid understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.

The Senior Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver breakthrough work, leveraging various digital channels to effectively engage target audiences. Strong leadership and project management skills are essential to ensure successful campaign delivery. Proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business results. They should be adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and possess a deep understanding of industry trends and regulations.

The Senior Manager will play a critical role in driving awareness, building trust, and helping individuals access the care they need through the innovative PfizerForAll platform.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and manage agency of record in the delivery of breakthrough creative and end-to-end execution, ensuring clear scopes of work, excellence in creative and production and timely and efficient budget management
  • Partner closely with Business leads, PfizerForAll leads, Media, Corporate Affairs and other key stakeholders to create campaigns that are tightly aligned with and amplify Pfizer's business goals
  • Develop, execute and optimize integrated campaign strategies across Pfizer's owned, earned and paid ecosystem
  • Identify, establish and own key brand partnerships to deliver meaningful brand acts that connect with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Synthesize and deeply understand brand, audience, and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities and deliver on business goals
  • Partner with analytics and insights team to develop KPIs and optimize campaigns for performance
  • Utilize digital marketing strategies and tactics to effectively engage target audiences across various channels, including social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Provide strong leadership and project management skills to ensure seamless coordination and successful delivery of campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and the complexities of the healthcare ecosystem to inform campaign development and strategy.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement and achieve desired brand awareness, engagement, and business results.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and market dynamics in a fast-paced environment.
  • Shape Pfizer's brand strategy and contribute to making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.
  • Play a critical role in driving awareness, building trust, and helping individuals access the care they need through the innovative PfizerForAll platform.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree, with a preference for advanced degree
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate marketing, brand marketing or product marketing; or at an award-winning agency as an account or strategy lead
  • Knowledge of or experience in marketing within the life sciences / pharmaceutical industry; knowledge of tech and digital best practices a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to understand audience needs, extract key insights, and translate these into meaningful strategies and in market results
  • Track record of success launching breakthrough advertising and meaningful brand acts at large multi-national company.
  • Track record of successfully pulling through brand campaigns across owned digital channel ecosystem, partnering with media to develop unique brand amplification opportunities and executing earned strategies that grow brand value and relevance
  • Executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively influence colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional collaboration skills - can skillfully coordinate and problem solve across cross-functional teams and foster highly productive cross-functional relationships
  • Thrives in a high energy environment and works effectively in unchartered territory. Ability to drive team to results, take accountability and meet deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking - ability to establish leading and lagging indicators for the brand and adjust strategies based on performance

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $117,300.00 to $195,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
