Support drafting office operations by assisting in the maintenance of the Engineering Drawing System according to drafting office Code of Practice and Pfizer engineering procedures/specifications. Maintain up-to-date P&ID drawing and in compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Document Practice and Standard Operating Procedures. Liaise with Project Engineers and EPCM engineering firm on receipt of drawing and vendor manual etc to ensure project documentation is proper handed over.

• Updated and approved drawing to support operation and projects

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Draft and produce engineering drawings for modification of existing plant and future new project according to drafting office Code of Practice.
• Assist Supervisor to produce and update register of all plant and vendors drawings to cGMP requirements.
• Provide support to Engineering teams and other plant udders in drawings and CAD design requirements.
• Assure Process & Instrumentation Drawing (P&ID) accuracy by conducting routine checks to maintain accuracy of all As Build drawings.
• Provide support to Engineering teams and other plant users in drawings retrieval.
• Assure P&ID accuracy by designing checking and verification process to maintain accuracy of as built drawings.
• Attain all aspects of drawing support requirement through prompt response, quality standard and good services records.
• Support project team on project handover filing, update datasheet and relevant documentation.
