The primary focus of the SA is to provide project level systems analysis with an emphasis on Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation activities. Applications in scope include in-house customized GXP and non-GXP software systems as well as COTS (Customized off the shelf) GXP and non-GXP systems. The SA will manage product/system requirements or User Story Acceptance Criteria (AC) in Jira with collaboration with the business SMEs (Subject Matter Experts). The SA will ensure the Dev team and Test team have full understanding of the ACs of each user story. Additionally, the SA will provide the support to the agile team of the product's features and functionalities. The System Analyst collaborates with other Digital disciplines and service providers including the Product team, Compliance representatives/QA, and vendor partners.

Key responsibilities are below.
- Creation of stories and bugs
- Creating and grooming ACs for all user stories
- Collaborating with the business SMEs to ensure each user story/bugs capture the customer's requirements
- Routing stories/defects for review and approval
- Demoing and explaining the system functionalities ACs to the team
- Communicating with developers and testers by explaining and demonstrating the requirements (user story ACs) to ensure full understanding
- Collaborating with User Experience (UX) Designers
Education:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, or relevant disciplines required
Prior Experience:
- 3+ years' business analyst experience contributing to IT projects
- Experience with/exposure to the software development life cycle
- Good documentation experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability of accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgement
Basic Qualifications:
- Knowledge of feature prioritization techniques
- Foundational knowledge and methods to identify, engage, and build empathy with their customers, and apply these methods to their daily work
- A curious and highly motivated self-starter who can work effectively across cross-functional teams and can independently drive progress toward completion with proper planning and management
- Experience using standard requirements business analysis techniques, including brainstorming, interviewing, requirements sessions, activity diagrams and use cases
- Passion for creating user-centric digital and interactive experiences
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to produce and track multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Extensive experience with Jira and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Manage cross team collaborative efforts
- Facilitation, negotiating, and presentation skills
- Experience working in ambiguous situations
- Willingness to work either informally or formally contributing on various-size teams of technologists, IT professionals or project managers using Agile, DevOps, and other approaches for iterative development
- Ability/desire to collaborate and work effectively in team settings, frequently in virtual teams with client partner and customer engagement responsibilities

- Experience with Jira and Agile software practices
- Education in Life Science-related field of study
- Good understanding of Pfizer's Business Technology
- Strong analytics skills and knowledge about the biopharmaceutical industry
