ROLE SUMMARY
The Omnichannel & Content Manager will partner closely with commercial and medical teams as an omnichannel consultant on how to design, produce and distribute content for different channels that holistically drive a One Pfizer marketing strategy. The role, as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), will focus on collaborating closely with cross function teams to strategize, implement and review insights around a customer experience-centric marketing approach. The role will support internal omnichannel users in navigating the cross functional matrix working relationship aligning to Pfizer Compliance standards and requirements.
The Omnichannel & Content Manager will act as the Pfizer headquarter channel champion to develop and execute the channel plan to make sure we fully maximize the value of the headquarter channel and deliver a truly omnichannel best user experience for our customers internally and externally

The Omnichannel & Content Manager will lead, guide and develop internal omnichannel users to master the principles of Omni Channel Marketing capabilities to form the core of their omnichannel strategy with customer centric lens. The role will also build and scale up on data analytics capabilities to deliver channel, content and customer insights to derive a data driven approach with a recurring Omni Channel optimization plan.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides a consistent "One Pfizer" approach to deliver cutting-edge channel orchestration and content development best practice based on local knowledge and experience, e.g., channel support, analytics and utilization of SEO/SEM, content format and delivery to meet local customer needs.
- Works with CBLs, CX and other commercial roles to develop holistic omni-channel strategic plan and translate strategy and tactics into yearly content plan for market, ex. advises CBLs on how to orchestrate the use of approved channels by customer type, considering their affinity to ensure the best experience possible for the customer.
- Provide tailored training to omnichannel model and guidance to content creators (e.g. Agencies) and internal omnichannel users to secure the compliant implementation and standardized quality.
- Audits content proposal and provide recommendations on how to make content omni-channel adapted and following the internal guidance and external regulation to secure the compliant omnichannel model.
- Take lead on omnichannel analytic and cooperate with commercial and medical partners to cultivate a rapid iteration of content and optimization process of omnichannel strategy/model
- Support medical team to build up omnichannel capability and independent but with One-Pfizer approach omnichannel model to deliver a holistic customer experience to our customers.
- Be the channel champion and own the channels / platforms plan to implement, promote and evolve the channel to meet internal and external customer needs and changes.
- Continuously immerse within the evolving trends of digital and omnichannel marketing, acting as a change agent by pairing knowledge of cross-industry best practices with an understanding of customer needs and bringing brining in innovation or being the project manager to localize global or regional omnichannel initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare-related discipline with at least 5+ years' experience in a number of/some of the following:
- Experience in digital marketing or multi-channel/omni channel marketing is essential
- Track record of cross-functional, multi-level project leadership and management, strong communication and collaboration skills
- A strategic thinker with excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Capable data analytics mindset to derive qualitative learnings from Omnichannel Campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple project timelines in a highly matrixed organization
- Strong internal networking skills to solicit information and integrate industry best practices to the organization
- Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills to effectively develop / maintain productive internal and external relationships.
