Position/Title: Network Account Manager (NAM) Oncology
Reports to: Network Account Manager Lead
Location: Bulgaria, Sofia
Role summary:
- Responsible for demand generation based on an understanding of customer needs, and the ability to service and connect account level customers to meet agreed business objectives.
- Responsible for calling on practicing physicians, hospitals, organized care, and other health-related organizations/personnel within an assigned territory. Provides the most current information pertaining to Pfizer products and their approved indications in a manner which will ensure the appropriate use of these products and achieve the business potential of the territory.
- Identify market trends and translate them into business opportunities.
- Focused on uncovering unmet needs, enabling networks, and partnering on promotional meetings, coordinating logistics and sales information within the assigned territory

- Work in the field with all members of the team to counsel on improvement of selling skills, product knowledge, and capabilities needed for successful representative development

Market/customer insights
- Identify Customers, incl. decision making / influencing network
- Connect and communicate multiple insights from various stakeholders to develop an account plan of action
- Disseminate information via multi- and omnichannel communication in the customer target group via the customer preferred channel
- Ensure customer support by engaging with customers through both in-person and virtual interactions
- Identify country market business potential and manage resources to exploit opportunities:
- Targeting strategy reflects customer focus
- Territory analysis of potential and comparative sales and territory development plans in place
- Feedback from customers and staff
- Problem-solve complex account/ institution challenges related to billing and product procurement with stakeholders
- If applicable, analyze current contracts, identify opportunities, and execute contracts with customers in collaboration with Health Access Manager
- Respond to customer requests by connecting with cross functional team to provide responses and input.
- Arrange meetings to support communication and education related to our disease areas
- Bring customers together to progress areas of mutual interest related to our therapy areas (e.g. to establish and optimize cross-sectoral and cross-specialty referral structures

Knowledge, skills, background, abilities
- University degree in Science, Health Sciences or Business
- Preferably 2 to 5 years of sales experience (healthcare, pharmaceutical or related field is an advantage)
- Successful implementation of digital programs/tools
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- English Proficiency is a "nice to have"
