  • ROLE SUMMARY

    Responsible for the creation, maintenance and accuracy of master data across all the Pfizer Supply Chain Systems (SAP, ECC, APO, KINAXIS, IBP, MDG, EAH), for Americas Region. Act as Team coach of rest of master data colleagues in the Team, creating strategies and process governance to ensure Master Data integrity.

    Master Data Coordinator is responsible for:
  • Master data lifecycle management
  • Design, build, and implement proactive audit process to identify and resolve outliers
  • Lead knowledge sharing as Subject Matter Expert for team
  • Identify continuous improvements by partnering with several key stakeholders
  • Support and lead the implementation of continuous improvement plans
  • ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Master Data Management
  • Collaborate with a large group of stakeholders from Americas supply chain to assure master data related activities are completed on time
  • Monitor and governance System Care principals, ensure SCA parameters consistency.
  • Determine prioritization to execute all master data requests coming from the different stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot errors that could impact product supply or performance and serve as a first point of escalation
  • Proactively design, build, and implement audit processes to identify master data outliers and assist in resolution
  • Interface with Global Master data teams to assure process are implemented in Americas Region
  • Maintain works instructions for key master data related processes
  • Coordinate and track the completion of multiple assigned initiatives
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Shared accountability with Team Lead to identify and support ways to expedite and improve Master Data processes
  • Shared accountability with Team lead for projects related to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support the IMEx standard work and visual management initiatives
  • Act as Team Coach with his peers as the most senior position within the Master Data process.
  • Reporting and Analytics
  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
  • Perform data modelling and transformation to create clean, actionable SQL queries to pull and integrate data into Tableau/DSS
  • Design and build interactive web applications using Dash, Shiny, Bokeh, or standard web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS), leveraging Dataiku DSS environment
  • Design, implement, and maintain pipelines to transfer data from web applications, custom forms, or API endpoints into the data warehouse, guaranteeing accuracy, timeliness, and scalability.
  • Maintain and enhance the current portfolio of web applications, guaranteeing functionality and scalability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design user-friendly front-end interfaces, aligned with business needs

Key qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • +5 years of relevant experience for supply chain, master data or related work.
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Relevant experience required in Supply Chain Planning and Logistics management systems, ideally in pharmaceutical industry or other industries where it is required to align with Supply Planning, Finance, Demand Management, and Business Technology.
  • Language requirement
  • Strong English skills required
  • Intermediate Portuguese preferred
  • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, web applications development, and overall process automation
  • Proficiency in building Tableau dashboards and writing SQL queries for data integration
  • Technical skills valued:
  • Experience with ERP systems and Business technology (E.g. SAP APO, Business Intelligence tools, MS Excel, database management)
  • Advanced Digital capabilities with specialized tools (IoT, IA, Python, Tableau etc)
  • Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
  • Advance Excel knowledge
  • Microsoft Analysis for Office preferred.
