The Specialty Care marketeer will work in close collaboration with the different Country Brand Leads (CBLs) to co-develop and co-implement omnichannel plans. He/she will be an active member of the cross-functional team and will support new creative and innovative ways of interacting with our stakeholders while keeping patient centricity at the core of all activities.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and follow-up of promotional material in collaboration with CBLs
• Develop and implement digital activities alongside the different brand with the support of the omni-channel marketeers.
• Think on new creative and innovative ways of interacting with our customers/patients/consumers while keeping patient centricity at the core of all activities.
• Active monitoring results of campaigns
• Accountable expenses related to his/her projects.
• Ensure high standards of Compliance to norms, policies, and procedures

About you:

• Bachelor or master in Management specialized in Marketing or similar by experience
• Structured and organized and data-driven thinking
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Result oriented: Flexible and dynamic with a "get things done" approach
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a deadline driven environment.
• Fluent spoken French and Dutch. Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Team player with the ability to work independent
• Demonstrated experience in marketing is a plus
