    The Colleague Communications & Engagement (CCE) function sits within the People Experience team, and is tasked with delivering high value colleague engagement, aligned with our Enterprise and focused on our Purpose Blueprint.

    This role is known internally as: Manager, Colleague Communications and Engagement (CC&E), Developed Asia (Australia, New Zealand and Korea).

    What You Will Achieve

    The Manager's primary goal is to deliver simple, effective communications and engagement programs that are aligned with business priorities and support key strategies and initiatives across Developed Asia Cluster (Australia, New Zealand and Korea).

    You will be responsible for supporting the Developed Asia Cluster goals while aligning with enterprise International Division work used to shape the Pfizer's internal culture and enhance its ability to meet and exceed its business goals. This will include colleague communications, content creation for Pfizer ANZ communications channels, technical ownership for cluster content, and planning for all communications and engagement activities.

  • Working with the CCE Lead for Emerging Markets Asia and Developed Asia you will design and implement an array of engaging communications that align with the Pfizer Purpose Blueprint and Leadership Team / Country priorities across ANZK.
  • You will actively participate in the International CCE Team to gain an understanding of International Markets Communications and Change Management Priorities to effectively drive and leverage programs into ANZK.
  • Ability to proactively make strategic connections across the business and identify opportunities to develop and implement creative communications strategies and solutions to reinforce the International Markets narrative.
  • Support cross-functional work with colleagues to implement colleague engagement programs involving critical initiatives and activities.
  • Support the development of colleague engagement through communications, events, etc. to drive a high-value culture and experience.
  • Support PX team to increase informal two-way communications to enable colleagues to interact more frequently with one another / with business leaders.
  • Being an energetic self-starter; self-directed, with impeccable attention to detail.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of internal or external experience in a corporate environment or highly regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering communications strategies and plans and managing evolution and change in a complex global organization.
  • Strong, versatile writer and editor with ability to grasp complex issues and topics, work under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to develop communications materials across diverse audiences and drive messaging across functions.
  • Ability to create alignment across the organization for communications messaging and processes.
  • Experience managing internal social media platforms (intranet and Yammer, or similar).
  • Experience supporting leader communications
  • Strong presentation development skills and proficiency in PowerPoint

Nice-to-Have

  • Master's degree
  • Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
