About the Role:
This job advertisement is not for an existing open role but for Pharmacists with PhD candidate pool collection for future Medical Affairs Scientist (MAS) roles.
In this role, you will provide deep medical and scientific expertise to support healthcare professionals, professional associations, patient groups, and other relevant decision-makers. You will develop and deliver local medical strategies and life-cycle clinical plans for Pfizer's inline and pipeline medicines in the nominated therapy area. Your work will help communicate the safe and appropriate use and value of Pfizer medicines to improve patient outcomes, enhance clinical practice, and support business needs at the national, regional and corporate levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver local medical strategies and life-cycle clinical plans.
- Communicate the safe and appropriate use and value of Pfizer medicines.
- Demonstrate the value of innovative medicines through real-world evidence.
- Create industry-leading F2F and digital educational and scientific content.
- Put the patients needs first in medical strategies.
- Provide subject matter expertise and high-quality scientific exchange.
- Establish Pfizer as a key research partner within health care professionals.
- Build deep and lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and other decision-makers.
- Create effective cross-functional partnerships with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Review and approve medical materials and activities within the scope of MoH, AIFD, and company codes.
Qualifications:
- Pharmacist with a PhD
- Good knowledge of the national healthcare and medicine funding/reimbursement systems.
- Knowledge of health economics, pharmacovigilance and regulatory affairs.
- Experience in RWD/RWE generation in healthcare.
- Experience in clinical research.
- Fluent in Turkish and English.
