Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or other relevant majors.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Willingness and potential for learning and development
- Knowledge in SAP & MS Office Set is a plus
- Possess attention to details; analytical, research, and reconciliation skills
- Be a self-starter, accountable and have sense of urgency in delivering results

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Responsibilities:
- Monitor financial shared service operations and cooperate with hub colleagues as a local point of contact.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as auditors, vendors, and financial institutions, as needed
- Contribution on preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Oversee general ledger activities
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
- Prepare data for local tax submissions
- Collaborate with internal teams to address financial needs and align on organizational goals
- Maintain and improve financial systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.
