ROLE SUMMAR:
R2R Finance Process Associate is Responsible for R2R daily operation, period end closing, balance sheet account reconciliation, report submission etc. Ensure the operation meet SLA and compliance requirement, provide audit support. Participant CI or global/ cross process/market projects.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIE:
Ability to understand, adhere to and ensure team's compliance with company policies and accounting controls that are specific to R2R process Responsible for performing the day- to-day general ledger operation work. Support period end close to ensure a timely and accurate submission. Perform Balance Sheet account reconciliations before due date and follow up open items to ensure aging items are properly addressed Support to timely submission for periodic management reporting. Support team to identify opportunities and participant projects to improve existing process to improve compliance and efficiency. Support to develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders to maximize customer service and meet Service Level Agreements. Support internal and external audit Ad-hoc requirement assigned by line manager.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree majoring in Finance, Accounting
More than 3 years of R2R related experience
Good English or other foreign language communication skills.
