Role Summary

The Omnichannel Services and Solutions (OSS) team delivers digital marketing technology, solutions and services across all business units and markets within Pfizer, ensuring they are compliant and aligned with Pfizer's technology and commercial strategies. OSS is part of the Customer and Commercial Creation Centre (C4) organisation in Pfizer Digital.

As a Delivery Lead in the Europe, Middle East and Africa team, you will be a primary interface between Pfizer teams (commercial, medical, corporate etc.) in the region, and OSS's services and solutions and our delivery partners.

You will be a key point of contact for the business, building relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring they are aware of OSS's capabilities and services, and how they can utilise them to meet their objectives and successfully deliver projects efficiently, economically and compliantly.

You will oversee multiple projects across multiple business units and brands, delivered by our approved vendor partners across our broad range of Martech services. You will be accountable for their delivery and for ensuring that they meet the needs of our internal customers. As well as website development and publishing, you will also work with specialist teams to deliver analytics, SEO, immersive and interactive content solutions, webinars, and mobile applications.

You will also own and develop OSS services, evolving and scaling them to meet business needs, and looking for opportunities for new offerings.

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring projects are meeting the needs of our customers and delivered on time and to budget. Act as an escalation point for operational issues.
  • Act as primary point of contact for our vendor partners and development teams on service delivery.
  • Implement and monitor OSS's quality, security and compliance standards on all projects.
  • Work with our vendor partners and development teams to measure and improve their performance.
  • Consult on, package and deliver our solutions and services to meet the needs of the organisation.
  • Grow and deepen partnership between the commercial teams by enabling adoption of a range of technical services and solutions.
  • Represent and educate partners and customer groups on the available suite of services and solutions.
  • Own the delivery of existing digital technology services and solutions as well as input into the planning and establishment of new services and solution.
  • Partner with Service Owners and Technical Service Leads to operationalise services into the global delivery model
  • Work with your peers and leadership to continuously measure and improve service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience as an information technology or project management professional in the web domain.
  • Fluent English speaking.
  • Strong client engagement and communication skills, with experience of working in matrix teams.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts. Experience working in regulated industries desirable but not essential.
  • Strong project planning, management, and organisation skills.
  • Understanding and experience of content management systems, web analytics, web design and development best practice.
  • Proven experience working with business teams developing and delivering strategy and operating plans with demonstrated competency in strategic thinking.
  • Experience of managing and building relationships with external agency partners.
  • Strong skills relative to management, analysis, design, installation, integration and maintenance of applications/services and related business processes.
  • Experience defining design/architecture requirements and exploring technical feasibility tradeoffs.
  • High level of awareness of internal and external technology trends.
  • Experience with JIRA/Confluence desirable.
  • Degree in Information Management, Computer Science or a related field preferred but not essential.
