Core components
Strategy development and Execution to Maximize Revenues
- Develop and implement brand strategies
- Lead development of Country Brand Plan
- Drive development and execution of omnichannel tactical plan
- Maximize the effectiveness of omnichannel model through optimizing the contents and use of traditional and digital channels
- Analyze data, interpret and communicate clear, actionable recommendations
- Meet/exceed local revenue targets
- Drive game changer, first in industry initiatives
- Has a strong relationship with all relevant internal stakeholders in country (e.g. Field, Medical, H&V, Policy & Public Affairs, Legal, Compliance, Quality, HR, and Regulatory) and above country (e.g. Global Brand Team members)
Financial Planning
- Accountable for the planning, spending & monitoring the budget agreed for areas of responsibility & developing regular forecast updates to lead financial planning
- Oversee sales and forecasts to provide country input into overall forecasts
Cross-functional Team Leadership
- Drive local cross-functional team to achieve brand awareness and uptake objectives
- Lead in-country cross functional team, including coordinating and directing the activities of members of the team as appropriate in order to achieve success
- Represent Turkey team in GLocal workstreams, ensuring strong country input for global strategy-making, and global support for local initiatives
Customer Engagement & Insight
- Coordinate with customer facing commercial, medical and PHI colleagues to design and implement value-added partnership programs
- Manage relations with key external stakeholders to ensure strong and consistent Pfizer engagement
- Actively engage with advocates and other important customers as appropriate
- Ensure that key customer and patient insights, as well as market issues are well understood and processed into the local and global business plans
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Min 2 years of product management experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company will be preferred
- Proven strategic and operational marketing planning skills
- Track record in defining and realizing incremental growth strategies
- Ability to prioritize among and deliver on complex tasks
- Ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams
- Willingness to take appropriate and calculated risks to boost innovation
- Experience in insight generation
- Ability to analyze data, interpret and communicate clear and actionable recommendations
- Ability to deploy performance metrics
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Turkish and English languages
- Willingness to travel as required
- Experience interacting with external customers & stakeholders and acting upon customer insights
- Track record of working collaboratively with others across functions
