ROLE SUMMARY
This role will unleash the power of our people through inspirational team leadership, optimising patient access and revenue growth, through demonstration of the value of our medicines to our customers.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Inspire an innovative and strategic growth-oriented team focus, where excellent commercial acumen and impactful customer engagement combine, to maximise Patient Breakthroughs and increase Pfizer revenue / ROI
• Lead the team, as a single point of accountability and within a defined UK geography, to develop, implement & regularly evaluate aspirational business plans, focussed on delivering system value and ambitious breakthroughs, in identified priority accounts
• Deliver system value to our customers and their patients, through coaching team to excellent customer engagement - Enabling prioritised deployment of brand and therapy area promotional/non-promotional resources, across all channels, with targeted Senior Clinical and ORDMs

• Personally lead the conversation externally with relevant senior customers, modelling strategic commercial acumen and excellent customer engagement, to enhance patient breakthroughs
• Act as a strong internal ambassador with internal stakeholders, to provide compelling customer and environmental insight - Actively engaging the bussines towards the development of relevant National strategy and innovative customer propositions to drive Patient Breakthroughs
• Model and coach team around Pfizer imperatives/Values/Behaviours, to create a diverse & inclusive team culture that supports aspirational team development, in line with the evolution of the environment for our customers and their patients
• Inspire a Digital First mindset, ensuring own and team expertise with current digital technology and awareness/readiness for future digital channels, to further enhance customer experience and maximise colleague efficiency
• Attract, retain and develop talent within the team
• Effectively assess and managing performance, to ensure full implementation of role description, across all team roles
• Ensure all activities are conducted with the utmost integrity, in accordance with the requirements of the ABPI Code of Practice, Pfizer Policies/Values and Global Regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate to develop strong cross functional relationships with appropriate colleagues across Pfizer (and any alliances), to leverage shared goals, replicate best practice at pace

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent essential
• Proven people leadership skills essential
• Proven impactful coaching essential
• Account Management experience essential
• Promote ongoing learning agility and Continuous Professional Development for self and others, demonstrating a growth mindset
• Role model Pfizer values and behaviours to ensure our culture is diverse and inclusive
• ABPI exam qualified within 2 years of joining industry and fully conversant with requirements of ABPI Code of Practice

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant experience will be considered.

• Previous Sales Management experience.

• Impactful senior customer engagement capability

• Business planning skills - understanding of operational planning process

• Strong project management and organisational skills

• Strategic thinking and experience in leading negotiation and implementation excellence

• Digital Affinity with multichannel offerings and virtual engagement excellence

• Strong networking and Project management / lead experience

• Driving license

OTHER INFORMATION
• Remote worker
• The role and customer facing coaching activity will be a mix of face to face and remote working based on customer preference & business need
• Occasional night away from home will be required

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Reports to 2nd line leader:

• Matrix relationship with brand teams, Biopharma Ops, Medical
• External relationship: HCPs, agencies

Supervision

• Varied span of control
• In IM, direct reports include a combination of promotional Clinical roles and System Lead roles - individual contributors
