The Product Manager role defines and develops the product strategy within the allocated therapeutic area: Rheumatology. Additionally, they adapt the marketing strategy to the local market in order to develop and maximize the product's lifecycle, and project sales and operational expenses in line with the brand allocation, while ensuring the achievement of financial objectives and profitability targets at the local level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Brand strategy development, planning, and implementation
  • Develop the marketing plan and implement long-term, medium-term, and short-term brand strategies based on local brand needs within the allocated portfolio.
  • Adapt globally developed marketing strategies to coordinate brand needs in the market. • Develop promotional strategies according to local market needs.
  • Constantly project and monitor product performance to achieve business objectives.
  • Allocate, project, and manage the allocated budget.
  • Develop the operational plan and influence the sales objectives and budget allocation for the allocated products (together with the Specialty Care Lead).
  • Coordinate the budget allocated to local and global agencies and monitor the implementation and quality of marketing projects.
  • Ensure the implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Develop the necessary materials to support product promotion during face-to-face visits and medical events at meetings.
  • Develop, implement, and prioritize participation in scientific events to develop the allocated portfolio.
  • Ensure that the development of promotional materials complies with local procedures and current legislation.
  • Identify new business opportunities and be responsible for the launch strategy of new products in the local market.
  • Train the Field Force on product positioning and prioritization and ensure the implementation of key strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with the Medical & Sales team to identify, manage, and develop KOLs according to business needs.
  • Develop and coordinate integrated cross-functional teams to support healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement innovative business strategies/models to maximize revenue growth, market share, and portfolio revenue.
  • Coordinate and conduct market analysis, trends, and monitor competition to provide relevant information.
  • Carry out all activities and make decisions in accordance with company policies and SOPs, Pfizer values, and global regulatory guidelines, as necessary.
  • Conduct market visits to ensure the implementation of marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure good collaboration with sales, Medical, and other cross-functional departments to ensure continuity and smooth operation of processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: University Degree (preferable with Marketing or Medical Background).
  • Language skills: Advanced English.
  • Professional experience: Minimum 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Technical acumen in MS Office
  • Other job requirements: Domestic travel and International travel (30%)
