  • This role will be responsible mainly for the administrative management of congress initiatives for all processes manager by M&CO Team (CME Proposals, AIFA Authorization, Entity Letter, FCPA, Contracting, Payments etc.), but over time could also manage other M&CO processes/activities
  • Geographical scope: Italy

Primary Responsibilities

  • Management of CME proposals received from Providers / Organizing Secretariats
  • Management of congress initiatives for AIFA authorization for CME and non-CME events through the utilization of dedicated tools (Easy GIP, ACC AIFA etc.)
  • Administrative management using the MAPP Navigator system
  • Management of Entity Letter
  • Purchase order management using Ariba Buyer system and other finance applications.
  • Support for internal and external audit activities

What You Offer

Basic Qualifications

  • Proficiency in PC skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Teams)
  • Strong technical skills in managing request/transactions within a local and global systems
  • Good organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and attention to details
  • Management of multiple client stakeholders and strong customer service skills and mindset
  • Experience with accounting or compliance/audit transactions, preferably in a shared service with strong compliance and financial controls

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of MAPP Policy terms and healthcare compliance policies
  • Experience with FCPA transactions and meeting and congresses management
  • ACC AIFA / SAP / Ariba / Easy GIP / MAPP Navigator experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in a congresses team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to handle several activities at the same time
  • High level of self-motivation, energy, flexibility and resilience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Pfizer organizational structure and procedures
  • Drive for optimization/excellence
  • Italian mother tongue; Fluent in English both written and spoken
