The Workforce Platforms organization delivers solutions to support Pfizer's enterprise applications and critical business processes.

  • You are expected to support and manage the LRS VPSX and MFPsecure solutions
  • You will develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, program logic, and flowcharts.
  • You will collaborate with other Pfizer teams to ensure seamless and efficient operations of Pfizer's Managed Print devices.
  • In this role, you will conduct system analyses, evaluating the effectiveness of current solutions, and optimizing device performance to minimize any support escalations from our business users.
  • You will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Role Responsibilities

  • In this role you will be required to troubleshoot enterprise printers remotely and resolve any issues that arise

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • You hold a AA/AS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • You have less than two years of experience in endpoint engineering, IT infrastructure, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, follow processes, and communicate with end users.
  • Willingness to learn and keep abreast of tools, techniques, and process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • You possess strong technical skills, with proficiency in various end point engineering tools and technologies.
  • Experience with virtual print software such as LRS VPSX and MFPsecure.
  • You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • You have a proven track record of managing projects, showcasing your ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • You possess strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • You have experience working in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating your ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • You are committed to continuous learningand professional development, staying up to date with the latest trends and advancements in the field of end point engineering.
