Job Title: Channel Support Manager渠道支持经理
Location: Beijing or Shanghai 北京或上海
主要职责:
1、与合规、风控等部门合作,持续完善经销商渠道数据内控制度、政策与流程,建立并完善渠道数据核查与风险管控机制,满足公司合规要求及业务发展需要
2、支持数据收集项目,确保数据收集模式转换平稳过渡,对内负责商务沟通协调,管理经销商数据收集名单,对外与行业优质供应商密切协作,搭建高效的数据服务模式,持续推进DDI直连,确保供应商按照公司要求高质量交付经销商流向采集清洗结果,保障项目运营质量与效率,并为各业务单元、相关部门或团队提供必要的流向申诉支持
3、负责公司产品、分销商、医院及药店主数据管理,支持主数据验证项目,优化主数据管理SOP,与数据验证供应商密切协作,及时验证更新主数据,保障公司主数据系统信息准确及时
4、负责公司数据收集系统运营,支持系统优化升级项目,包括需求规划、系统测试等工作
5、定期对经销商渠道数据进行异常数据分析与抽查,跟进经销商反馈并存档备案
6、支持第三方数据审计项目,包括制定审计计划、遴选审计对象、审计SOP沟通、审计报告审核与问题跟进等,并建议行之有效的改进计划,优化渠道数据质量保障措施
7、负责DTP药房、处方药店、关联药店名单管理与资质审核,基于公司战略要求实施流程优化,与商务、SFE相关团队紧密配合,对各类名单进入与退出机制严格管控,确保策略执行精准落地
8、支持公司内外部审计,参与相关业务项目的数据审核工作

任职要求:
1、熟悉医药行业商务运作及经销商渠道管理业务,了解风险控制或审计的方法与流程
2、具备优秀的项目管理经验,有系统项目实施经验或对接第三方数据收集项目经验优先
3、具有较强的责任心和良好的职业道德,以及优秀的跨部门跨团队协作能力
4、较强的数据处理及分析能力,熟练掌握办公软件及数据分析工具
5、较好的中英文沟通能力
6、高抗压能力,适应出差
7、本科或以上学历,8年以上医药行业甲乙方相关工作经验
Key Responsibilities:
1. In close collaboration with compliance, risk control and other relevant departments, sustainably refine the internal control system, policies and procedures of commercial channel data management, establish and improve channel data verification and risk control mechanisms adapting to the enterprise compliance requirements and business development needs.
2. Support data collection project, ensure a smooth transition of data collection model transformation, be responsible for internal business communication and coordination, maintain data collection account list, work closely with external data supplier of top level in the industry to build an efficient data service model, steadily promote DDI implementation, ensure the supplier to offer data acquisition and cleansing deliverables in an accurate, integrated and timely manner, guarantee the quality and efficiency of project operation, and provide necessary support of data discrepancy tickets for each business unit, relevant department or team.
3. Responsible for the master data management of products, distributors, hospitals and pharmacies, support master data validation projects, optimize master data management SOP, work closely with data validation suppliers to validate and update master data, build solid master database and ensure accuracy and latency of the information in the enterprise master data system.
4. Responsible for the operation of the enterprise data collection system, supporting system optimization and upgrading projects, including requirement planning, system testing, etc.
5. Regularly conduct anomaly analysis on channel data, sampling check and tracking business feedback, identify and report risks as required in compliance procedure, and archive the record properly. 6. Support third-party data audit project, including formulating audit plan, selecting audit objects, communicating audit SOPs, reviewing audit reports and following up issues, etc., propose effective improvement action plans and optimize channel data quality assurance measures.
7. Responsible for the list management and qualification verification of DTP pharmacies, prescription pharmacies and hospital affiliated pharmacies, implement process optimization based on the enterprise strategy requirements, work closely with commercial colleagues and SFE team, strictly control the listing and de-listing of each category pharmacies to support the effective implementation of DTP business strategy.
8. Support corporate internal and external audit and assist in the data review of related business projects.
9. Support PIPL related projects.
Qualifications:
1. Familiar with commercial operation and channel management, understand the methods and processes of risk control or audit.
2. Excellent project management ability and experience in system project or third-party data collection project is preferred.
3. Have a strong sense of responsibility and good work ethic, as well as cross-functional collaboration.
4. Expert in data processing and analysis, proficient in the use of office software and dominated data analysis tools.
5. Good communication capabilities in Chinese and English.
6. Resilient to high pressure and flexible to business travel.
7. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 8 years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry for both parties.
