Content Development
- Design and develop engaging learning content focused on behavioral concepts, such as emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, leadership development, communication skills, teamwork, and decision-making.
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and internal stakeholders to ensure that the learning materials align with organizational goals and address real-world behavioral challenges.
- Develop a range of training materials including guides, workbooks, case studies, and assessments tailored to diverse learner needs.
Instructor-Led Training (ILT):
- Develop and facilitate instructor-led training programs focused on behavioral skills, including workshops, seminars, and group activities.
- Foster an interactive and engaging classroom environment that encourages reflection, discussion, and practice of behavioral concepts.
- Design ILT programs that incorporate practical exercises, role-playing, and group dynamics to enhance learning and behavioral change.
- Tailor the delivery of training to different audiences, from entry-level employees to senior leadership, ensuring relevance and impact.
Behavioral Needs Analysis and Program Evaluation
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify behavioral skill gaps across the organization and design targeted learning solutions to address them.
- Partner with HR, department heads, and leadership teams to define key behavioral competencies and training priorities.
- Measure the effectiveness of behavioral training programs using evaluations, feedback, and performance data to continuously improve content and delivery methods.
- Provide reports on learning outcomes and recommend future training initiatives based on evaluation results.
Program Management and Execution
- Oversee the full lifecycle of behavioral training programs, including planning, design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for training programs, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with other departments and vendors to ensure smooth execution and delivery of training programs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with key stakeholders such as HR, leadership, and managers to integrate behavioral training into broader employee development initiatives.
- Advise on the creation of a learning culture that supports continuous improvement in behavioral competencies.
- Ensure all training content and materials reflect the company's values, culture, and commitment to behavioral excellence.
E-Learning Creation
- Create e-learning modules focusing on behavioral skills using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
- Ensure that e-learning courses are engaging, interactive, and incorporate behavioral learning techniques such as scenario-based learning, role-playing, and reflective exercises.
- Utilize multimedia elements (videos, audio, infographics) to enhance learning experiences and ensure they are tailored to different learning styles.
- Track learner progress and performance through the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring that learners meet the desired behavioral competencies.

Experience, Education, and Certifications
Examples include:
- Certification in instructional design or relevant behavioral training (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP). (Optional)
- Experience in behavioral concepts
- Knowledge of L&D cycle and its components.
- Previous experience in corporate training or in behavioral development programs is a plus
- Professional experience in the same or very similar role
- Bachelor's Degree
