As Learning Management Systems Administrator, it is you responsible for the comprehensive management and oversight of the company's Learning Management System (LMS). Key responsibilities include LMS maintenance, Develop Instructional Materials, Design Content, providing user support, organizing content effectively, supporting audits and working with stakeholders to ensure that there is an effective system to monitor return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Organization
- Contribute to managing and organizing of learning content within the LMS, ensuring it is structured in a logical and user-friendly manner.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify areas for improvement in the LMS and propose enhancements to optimize the learning experience.
- Communicate frequently with global stakeholders, content developers (third-party or internal), and others throughout the development process to ensure seamless delivery of content on the LMS.
Incident Management
- Investigates causes of incidents and seeks resolution. Troubleshoot user errors and respond to work order tickets promptly.
- Prioritizes and diagnoses incidents according to agreed procedures.
Learning Delivery
- Follow learning standard operating procedure to delivery of various learning activities.
- Designs appropriate environments and delivers learning activities to specialist audiences.
- Creation and maintenance of role-based Training Curriculums.
Quality Assurance
- Contributes to the collection of evidence and involvement in formal internal or external audits.
- Contributes to identification of non-compliances, non-conformances, and abnormal occurrences.
Report Generation
- Generate standard reports on user transcripts, user engagement, compliance tracking and learning outcomes.
SCORM File Management
- Upload, configure, and manage SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) files within the LMS.
- Ensure compatibility and seamless integration of SCORM content, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with content creators to facilitate the loading and tracking of SCORM-compliant learning modules.

Experience, Education, and Certifications
- Should have a good understanding of Learning environments and processes, preferably in Learning Operations.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in administering an LMS, preferably Workday Learning.
- Develop Instructional Materials: Create courses, curriculum, student guides, and training manuals is needed.
- Design Content: Optimize learning by designing content that is engaging and effective is needed.
- Understanding of SCORM and other e-learning standards.
- Awareness of mandatory learning and auditory compliance, including reporting.
- Knowledge of curriculum and relationships of content owners and learners and ensuring the processes for accessing learning are transparent and fit for purpose.
- Experience of working in and knowledge of the life sciences sector.
- Bachelor's Degree (Business, Business Administration, HR etc.) or a related study, or equivalent project-related experience.
- English: Fluent
